The owner is wonderful and has special ordered several items for me. The store is always clean, well organized, and has a great selection of the top shelf liquors that I prefer.

Totally new to this place. I barely write negative review but this was warranted. As I walked in to the store, I wasn’t aware where whiskey section was so I was walking section by section. There was an older gentleman standing in the corner of the section looking at door way. I had a feeling he was working there but I didn’t see a name tag or uniform so I thought it’d would be rude to assume. So I did walk by him in search for Glenfidich section. So apparently the gentleman was following my wife and I movement. After 10 min we found the section where Glenfidich was stored. As we are trying to decide what we were going to get this gentleman was standing there staring very uncomfortable. Not trying to bring race or anything, and I understand the nature of their business however it’s 2021 the least one person who represents the entity can do is ask “if we need help?” Or try to assist finding what we’re looking for. We didn’t get neither of those other than leaving the facility leaving uncomfortable. As I was buying the Glenfidich, I told the cashier to make this known to the owners and how it is irresponsible and unwarranted. She agreed. She also gave two reasons why the man is doing this: 1. He witnessed/confronted someone today who shop-lifted (I guess it’s ok to follow up on people that fits that demographic) 2. His wife died last week and he’s grumpy. (Again this doesn’t warrant negative experience for paying customers in this establishment) Of course I won’t return to this facility for business again. I hope whoever is the owner of this establishment reads this review and address some sort of training for the individual. This incident occurred on May 1st Saturday 6pm ish in Plano area.
