A guy walks into Twin Liquor off Potranco near 211 around 3-330pm today while I'm there asking questions about bourbon and wine and I we all stop talking and he walks up towards the counter and says nothing. The employee moves away from the counter because it looks like he's looking at something behind the counter but says nothing. Employee comes around counter to greet him and the customer says Sarcastically so all you guys here and no one says hi. Employee that was behind counter says sir I was moving out the way and came to greet you. The guy gets upset and starts to mouth off at the employee to which the manager responds with I'm sorry sir what can we help you with and the customer says You just lost a good customer. Bruh I even tried to calm the guy down but it was like the guy wanted the manager to correct the other employee for basically doing nothing wrong. Then the customer says So your not going to correct your employee at all yea that's what I thought. Since the rude entitled customer kept on kinda antagonizing the employee the manager intervened and asked him to leave politely. I was a customer but forgot what I wanted to get because it seemed like the guy just wanted to start an argument over nothing. This store rocks. 10 stars...

I wish there was zero stars. Walked in to 4 people standing around the counter. Stood in front of them and no one asked what I needed. The young man who walked off behind the counter had the audacity to get attitude when I said yes I need some help. Then after he continued his verbal attitude he pointed to a gentleman on his left who he said was the manager. After some heated words were exchanged between myself and the clerk...the manager said nothing to me except have a nice day and made a sweeping motion with his hand to usher me out the door with a milk toast have a nice day. Didn't try to rescue the sale or correct the clerks attitude. I'd skip this place if I were you. Headed down the road to another of many liquor stores who want to make money.

You don't serve disabled veterans, what? Is that even legal? This was the worst expierience I have ever had. I stopped by to check on a patcular item and I was stopped at the door. I simply double parked in front of the store because there are no disable parking close by. There was a guy and a girl standing at the cash register yelling at me in a rude manner, that I can't parked there. I explained my disability and they stated that I will not be served until I moved my vehicle. I have passed by on multiple occasions and saw numerous persons parked in front of the store and it was never an issue. I guessed my money is not good enough.

The maraschino cherries I bought were delicious! They went great with the Jose Quervo watermelon margarita over ice.
