They're good. Many people complained about them being less-friendly but I'd say come on, did you go there to make friends? I went there for my 1.5L Absolut Vodka, I got it. They were cold to me but who cares? They were professionals, gave me every necessary info. So, I don’t mind them being cold as long as they're professional. We are not entitled to have smiles and warm talks. You, as a customer, should know to be professional as well. YOU ARE NOT ENTITLED FOR A SMILE. I rate this 5★ without getting a smile.

Najee is AWESOME! He is always smiling, welcoming and ready to assist with any desired spirits requested. He suggests mixers, best pricing and new products. Overall great customer service! Great hire, Manager John :)

My out of town ID proved too much for the girl at the counter I understand the fear of selling alcohol to minors but the person after me was wearing a lanyard with a high school ID and shortly walked out with a brown paper bag. I do feel a little offended by the fact that she pretended to look at her booklet before just dismissing me,wasting my time, if she had a prejudice when I walked in she should've just told me to leave. They're selection is decent but not the best, I asked if she had Stoli Oranj and she looked at me like I was speaking a foreign language. There are plenty of other liquor stores if you don't want to feel like you've done something wrong by being from out of town.

John is very grouchy this morning. Super bad customer service. I will not be coming back to this location. Thanks for being so mean and unwelcoming John. I am sorry I asked where the Bailey's was.
