Tried to call them during business hours but they kept hanging up their phone after the first ring and then apparently shut off their phones or sent them directly to voicemail. Will not be visiting the shop ever. Ever.

Jacked up prices, but make sure to pay attention when you get to the register. The 4 times I have been there they have tried to charge me $4-7 more then the already jacked up posted price and everytime I've had to ask for my total before running my card. This place is a rip off, but if you're willing to pay crazy prices for what you need it's the only place around.

If I could put 0 stars I definitely would. The man and lady that own this place and run the counter constantly change prices to get more money out of people. They make things up as they go. They’re nasty and have terrible customer service. Terrible store and over priced. NEVER GO HERE. And no it’s not a coincidence. They change the prices to make more money off of people and scam them. That’s why they always refuse to give a receipt. Strait up scam artists. Liars crooks and thieves

Service started out good and then went left. We bought a bottle of Bailey's and it didn't taste as it as it should, so we took it back for a refund and the store clerk was very nasty. She told me it was my problem and not hers. As I attempted to explain to her, the bottle was out of date. (5/2020) She told me it was open and their not taking it back. So I informed her, that you would be giving me a refund and this is not how you treat a customer when you have sold them out of date liquor. She didn't care and continue to to talk to me in an aggressive manor, so I informed her I was calling the police and then she started to cry and decided to call the owner. At that point she wanted to explain and went to the door to watch for the police and I guess whomever she called to come. Once the guy arrived whom she called, he was a little polite, but then tried to make excuses for the clerk behavior, like her English wasn't good, but she was rude to me in English the entire time. Then he said you people to me and my boyfriend, cause by now my boyfriend has came inside trying to find out what's going on. Then he tries to rectify himself, from the you people comment. Clearly you know what he meant. We are African American. The officer came, who was really nice and we received our refund and want be shopping here anymore. I also plan on contacted the city and the state of Florida with regards to this, they need to be informed. As I tried to explain to the young lady and the gentlemen who came. When a customer comes in your store and purchase a drink and/or food and the let you know it's spoiled or out of date. You need to be aware of this, they could get sick and you would have an even bigger problem. Neither one of them cared to hear. So I must do my part and make sure they know, you must check your merchandise and make sure it is not out of date when it's being sold. May 2020 is a very long time ago and it's now February 2021 and you sold us a bottle that was spoiled and your clerk said it's my problem, she don't care. You can't make excuse for the date on the bottle. You go right ahead, Now your telling lies and selling out of date liquor.

Crowded store with lots of product and typically higher prices ... But it's convenient and has almost no competition. They know it. The staff is friendly. Lottery, smokes, and impulse items around the register. With the arrival of the big box stores these small liquor so are not common anymore.
