Very poor customer service! Paid for cup of ice and charged me for it before checking to see if they had any left. After I told her (young heavyset latina) that they were out she told me she didn’t know what to tell me and if I wanted ice I had to buy a 7lb bag of ice, instead of just opening a bag and making smaller bags for the cups. Very poor attitude and after making a small friendly joke in Spanish which I was not fluent in…. I was bombarded with Spanish and was clearly apparent that I was being made fun of in Spanish. I was embarrassed and humiliated and I will definitely not be going there again!

This is a incredible family owned generational business that cares and listens to what there customers want and need. In and out of this paradise getaway for your average man or woman as soon as you walk thru the glass doors you get welcomed to redbones family. You will never leave dissatisfied with the clean fresh and at home environment you get when you choose to shop at Fort myers shores redbones liquor store. Why go shop anywhere else when people from all around the county and country come visit this beautiful area and are satisfied with the informative staff ready to help you get what you need for a weekend warrior or a Monday thru Friday get away. You won't get better service anywhere in the county and compare prices and customer service with any ol place and you will quickly realize that this is the place for you and the rest of the adults in your family. Redbones is not just a place to get what you need but will become family and care about the service they provide.

Excellent staff! Average selection and prices! 4 stars! ***************************************** Above review was from a year ago! Staff it's still great, but the past 3 or 4 weeks, the beer in the cooler isn't cold. I mentioned it, my husband mentioned it, and another customer mentioned it while I was in line one day! So, please fix the cooler. We live right around the corner and are frequent customers! The beer isn't warm but it also isn't cold!

Overpriced on a majority of popular brands. Usually the people hanging around are... odd. The staff however is extremely nice, just doing their job best they can.
