This distillery actually has a fantastic cocktail bar attached where you can give their excellent drinks a taste. It VERY recently opened hence the limited amount of reviews, but it is OPEN only Thursday-Saturday in the evenings. I happened to run into here randomly and I’m glad I did! I massively enjoyed the spicy lady on the rocks. You can also buy a shirt and bottle of liquor here. It’s located on the rear middle section of the commercial park.

While I respect that they are distilling their own spirits, the lack of creativity and craft in the cocktails was disappointing. We came in last week, highly anticipating a new cocktail bar to find a real lack of love in their menu, presentation, and overall vibe. Would really love to see this place thrive and bring another option to the area to raise the bar.

A hidden gem in Bonita. The cocktails are amazing here and all of the product is distilled in house. Come for a drink or just a sample you won't be disappearing.

Cass the bartender was amazing! Both the vanilla cream and the San Fransisco Treat was delicious! Bought a bottle of bourbon, and we will be back!

Great cocktails and cool, laidback vibe. This is a true “hidden gem”.
