Great selection of wine, alcohol and beer. Really enjoy the experience. Only 'complaint' is that it can be difficult to get someone to help you get a case of wine. 10% discount and loyalty program is good.

Update: Perhaps it is the fallback or catchphrase of our time, being"supply chain" or "pandemic," but many items were out of stock or very limited at Total Wine. I drink Woodford Reserve bourbon and they had only a few small bottles.
Several signs around the store noted that they are moving locations to be near Naples Center and Chick-fil-A, just FYI.
Update: I stopped into the new location today, and while it is brighter and nicer than the old location, the problems still persist. I stood at the premium wine section where the doors are locked and you need assistance, and I waited almost 10 minutes as I pressed the service button over and over. No one appeared to help. When I told the checkout person she asked me where I was when this happened, and I told her and she just said "oh."
The double doors at the entrance didn't open Foley and I had to squeeze through. I went back outside and did it again with the same result. I told the service desk that the door was not operating properly, and he said "Yes, it's been malfunctioning for a while."
It's nice that they have a large selection of things, but if you can't get the help to buy what you need it becomes a frustrating buying experience.
Maybe this is my problem only, but I have no idea what benefits their loyalty program provides. I've been coming here for 5 years, and I've never received a discount or special consideration in spite of entering my phone number for every purchase.
