I went in there before Christmas and had excellent customer service from an older lady. I went back in for a new years eve party and had a different woman who was extremely rude. When I asked her for assistance, she just barked at me that she did not know and told me that I would need to go look "Sir, your going to need to go look yourself". I was the only person in the store. Went over to Winn Dixie's Wine and Spirits and I got exactly what I needed with better help.

Great store, Huge selection but is a little frustrating when the staff stares at you like your stealing the whole time, Then when you dont want to buy anything because staff is following you around they get an additude and slam the door shut behind you while you walk out, she had an attitude the whole time in the middle of the day with no one else in the store....if you plan on looking for liquor dont go here unless you know what you want, id rather go across town then come back here with that womans attitude

Just stopped here quickly to grab something and the cashier guy was sooooo incredibly rude to me and the gentleman in front of me. Mind you an elderly gentleman who only asked to use credit instead of debit and to please bag his order. The guy seemed to put out! Slammed my bottle down after he scanned it and Threw the debit machine at me and I had to ask for a bag also while he huffed and puffed. Like cmon if you’re that stressed call out man. Don’t ruin other people’s days. And from the other reviews I will not be coming back. And if the manager or owner sees this is was September 9th @ 4:45.

Very pleasant customer service, always willing to help when needed. I've been coming here since we purchased our home in Brooksville and without a doubt its my dedicated store.
