I was overwhelmed. Sooo much to choose from. Huge wine and alcohol selection. Tons of supplies to make any and all cocktails. They had sampling areas. You can make your own 6 pack of beer. One stop shop for it all.

Let me start by saying I usually love going to this total wine and more and usually am met with pleasant attitudes. The employe truly enjoy helping me find items. However, Today my usual joy was changed by one employees terrible attitude. Her name is Vanessa. She asked for my ID after I watched her ring up 3 other customers in front of me and sis not ask for any of theirs. True enough the gentleman in front of me looked well over 50 but the other two did not and could definitely pass for my same age. When I jokingly brought it to her attention she didn’t ask them Vanessa with an attitude said they didn’t look under 30 and pointed to a sign that said 30ams under. I said okay and at the end of my purchase I asked how many points I had with my membership she told me you have to look on the app I explained that I was told how many points I had other times and she rudely said I have never seen that before then handed me my bags and turned her back. I asked her name and she again with a nasty attitude said Vanessa and told me oh and my managers over there. I told her it’s fine I go above the managers head. She still was saying something rude as I walked out but at that point I didn’t want to engage. I don’t know if she was having a bad day but this is just not how you should treat paying customers that aren’t even being rude. I truly hope this is addressed and she’s not allowed to ruin anyone else experience in this truly clean and nice environment. Other than her I give this place 5 stars.

I had giving this business one star. I was upset that I went and had an issues finding someone to help me find , Woodford reserve gift box ,which turned out they sold out . I changed my rating to five star for a couple of reasons. One I always buy from them and are always kind. 2nd and most important after customer service saw the one star they emailed me right away to find out what happen and what could they do to fix it. Caring about there customers in that way earns 5 star from me!

Great selection of liquors. Excellent place and you don't even know what to take with you, unless you have a set mind. The even offered us drinks, just to taste (wine, bourbon, whisky). Not expensive and also a great selection for gifts.

To All My Winesta's Out there Whom Are Looking For A Super Wine/Spirits Store Well This Is It. My Very First Time At This location & I Was Very Very Impressed Total Wine Has It All, Excellent Staff Customer Service, Very Knowledgeable & Pleasant Employees A Huge Selection of Wines & Spirits, Beer's, Ipa's Cigars & So So Much more. I Definitely Have to Revisit and Definitely Will Recommend This Location. Super Clean Store Masks are Required upon Entry Total Wine Is in Full CDC Compliance and Guidelines.
