There's a black lady with short hair with short short corn rolls I believe she's fairly new a little heavy set around 43 years old. I went in there for scratch offs to cash them in and also to purchase some And I was treated very disrespectfully She allowed another customer behind me of the same color as her in front of me as I'm waiting to pick up my tickets and I say what are now you're going to skip me and she disrespectfully she says yeah I can do whatever I want and I'm gonna do that and this and that and all this other stuff and I've didn't did nothing wrong very bad employee very bad customer service skills very rude Very unpleasant and I'm sorry for the owners that they had to higher a lady of her stature
