I needed a particular bottle of wine for a gift and headed here to find it. It turned out they did not carry either of the bottles I was looking for but the employee was SUPER knowledgeable about wine and helped me find a really great option. She saw me walk in looking clueless with a piece of paper and came right up to me to see if I needed help. She seems to really love what she does and that is hard to find these days. A great experience here!

Terrible customer service provided by the cashier (woman) on Dec 20th 2022 5:15pm. I am a Doordash Driver and I noticed in this store and so many others that as soon as you say "I am from Doordash pr Uber eats" they look angry or just don't care. The woman asked me twice how many of the bottles I wanted and when I responded the second time louder she felt offended because I talked louder, really???..... Maybe if I am going to buy my own items with my own money as a regular customer they will treat me better. Awful!

I walked in to do an instacart order and when I went to check out, the cashier asked for my ID, I gave it to her then she continuously looked at me and then looked at my ID. She then asked me for my address and became very rude and sarcastic with me. Thinking either my ID was fake or it was somebody else’s. My id is from 2 years ago when I had blonde hair, my hair is long and dark now. I verified my information then tell her I’m doing instacart after she rings up the order. Then she said “is this your first time doing instacart?” I said “no I’ve been doing it for a year”, then she proceeds to say “well you should know to tell us it’s an instacart order before we ring it up” mind you, I hardly do liquor orders. But this one popped up in my area so I chose to do so. She kept staring at me giving me a dirty look the ENTIRE time I was cashing out. Afterwards, I put that I did not need a receipt and she continues to give me an attitude stating “you don’t need a receipt? I do Instacart and they ALWAYS need a receipt”. She was talking to me in such a degrading manner. I’m 26 years old and she talked to me like I was a child. I apologize for not knowing I had to state it was instacart before ringing it up, but I usually do batches at grocery stores not liquor stores. She was very unprofessional and ruined my entire experience here. Everyone else was super kind and helpful besides her.
