We stopped into the store and asked about a 1/2 keg. The employee at the counter told us to order one by Friday and we could pick it up the following Tuesday. The quoted price was $105 + tax. My husband called on Friday to order the keg and spoke with a female who took his name and number and told him it would maybe be available on Monday but they would call him. On Tuesday my husband called and was informed that we had been given wrong information (twice apparently) and they would have one available by Friday but at a higher price because Friday isn’t a regular delivery day. It seems there is a lack of understanding by employees for how their own system works and a definite lack of managerial presence. In addition to the keg that we wanted we had informed two of our neighbors, who also have beer machines, about the lack of service and competency of this location.

I frequented this place for about a year as I appreciate their huge selection with some specialty items. But they charge too much for some items, such as charging $26+ for six-packs you could find at ABC or even Publix for half the price. The shelf labels never match what comes up in the register which is just super annoying. But here’s the reason I won’t go back: I spent more than $130 stocking up my home bar. One item was a bottle of cream liqueur. When I opened it, it was foul-smelling and curdled. I brought it back with the receipt and asked if I could just grab another bottle to replace it. The manager/owner was immediately combative and aggressive. He brought me the replacement bottle and as I was checking the bottom and seal, he kept going on… “that’s just sediment! There’s nothing wrong with it! Open it now and see for yourself!” and glaring at me as though I were trying to scam him. It was so bad that the other people in line were all staring at us. I just thanked him and got out of there. Lo and behold, this bottle was also completely spoiled. Sour-smelling and like cottage cheese. I’m guessing it had been sitting on the shelf for a long time. I’m just gonna eat the cost rather than try to take it back again. Quite disrespectful toward customers who’ve spent hundreds of dollars in your store. You won’t be seeing my money again.

Outstanding selection of liquors, especially whiskeys! They also have a few bottles open up front that they're willing to let you sample, including a few of their special store-selected picks. The only downside is that the more allocated and special bottles of whiskey are priced at secondary market levels or even above that in some cases. That makes the selection look even more impressive behind the counter, but unfortunately those bottles aren't going anywhere for a while at the prices they're listed at. Definitely stop by and check out their selection if you're in the neighborhood.

Incompetent! Go to Total Wine & More! I order a Corona keg online 2.5 weeks in advance of the superbowl from Pat's. I never received a confirmation email or a call from Pat's. Then I called and spoke with Francisco, who ensured me that the the keg would be ordered. He said he would call back when the orderer was confirmed. No call back received. Then I went into the store, spoke with Ashley who took my information and texted the Francisco and the manager to ensure the keg would ordered and ready. Come Friday, 2/10/2023 (two days before the superbowl), I decided to contact Pat's to confirm that my keg is ready for pick up. The woman on the phone told me that Corona doesn't make kegs anymore. No one from Pat's notified me and provide with the opportunity to order something else. I went to Total Wine and they got me exactly what I wanted. Never again will I use Pat's Liquor Leaf & Wine. They are are not reliable based on my experience.
