I only go in to pick up some of their alcohol-removed wines, they have a pretty large selection of these and also other non-alcoholic beer and wine and faux-tails (That's cocktails without alcohol for the non-initiated). This makes it easy to enjoy all of the benefits found in wine without the taste of alcohol, which I don't enjoy. Very helpful and friendly staff. However, minors attempting to purchase any alcohol will be arrested, as it is clearly posted above every checkout lane.

This place is absolutely amazing!! Seen some rum I haven't seen since Puerto Rico. What a massive inventory. A lot to choose from. Even tried a new whiskey and it was great. Be prepared to try some new things.

Opening weekend for this store. They didn't have what I was looking for, but thats ok. Still had a huge selection. Tons of tasting stations set up. Also, my son had his military ID and was given a hard time because it wasn't his drivers license, it still had his DOB showing he was 23. She said she would accept it this time,, but not in the future.. The cashier then carded all of us in the group because we were standing with him. (We thought that was weird, are you going to card kids with their parents or not sell to the parents if their child is under age?) Check out was a little frustrating. We just smiled and gave her our ID's to check and waited while she pulled out her book to see how to verify out of state license. There is a military base here, shouldn't be a big deal. If it weren't for our issue at check out, I probably would have given a higher rating.

I had a feeling after my experience last night that I could not have been the only person treated this way; after browsing other recent reviews, my suspicions were confirmed. My wife and I (we are both 30+ years old) and my toddler son browsed the store for roughly 45 minutes before we attempted to make our purchases ($40 or so, all alcoholic beverages). When I entered the line, as I was still 10 feet or so away from the cashier, my wife's ID was demanded before mine. I then asked my wife, who had briefly walked away to console my son, if she had her ID; she did not. I chuckled and told the cashier and other middle aged female employee standing nearby observing us that we are married, both 30+, and the child with us is our son. Frankly I felt humiliated and do not appreciate being treated as if I am a criminal, especially when I am a repeat customer and have recommended this establishment to friends (this will no longer happen, mark my words). I'm curious if my wife's appearance and accent (she's South American) had anything to do with this treatment. Local management or corporate management must treat patrons respectfully if they wish to continue business. Eventually these inept employees will offend a customer with deep pockets... honestly, it has probably already happened. This place will close it's doors within 2-3 years if changes are not made. I will be making my NYE purchases today elsewhere, and I will recommend others steer clear as well.

Had an awful experience with my brother as we attempted to shop here. We were looking around, a woman with red hair who appeared to be a manager, walked up nicely and asked if we needed assistance. We let her know we were okay and thank you for the offer. About 10 minutes walk by and we’re in another isle and she walks up again to ask if we need help, as well as added a comment “You both have your Id’s correct?” To which we both replied with uhhhh yeah (thought it was obvious we would, especially when in a liquor store, and we’re both in our mid to late 20’s) and then she just walked away. As we were shopping, we noticed she kept following us around the store and we were weirded out, but continued our shopping none the less. Once we made our selections, we walked to the front to checkout. I was in line while my brother was still browsing the shots they had towards the front, when all of a sudden the manager walks up to me and says “I need to check your ID right now” (keep in mind, she was not the clerk at the register, she followed us all the way to the front) so I obliged, she checked it, and then made a comment in a rude tone, say “where’s your little friend huh? I need to check his too” even though he was still shopping. She then saw my brother, went to go harass him and ask for his ID, even though he was not in line nor done with his purchases. The lady then walked away after she decided to spend a whole evening harassing two customers. This is the absolute worst customer experiences I have had in any liquor store I have been. I would not recommend anyone going here unless you like being harassed while shopping, and I hope Total Wine does a better job with who they hold in a leadership role in the future.
