Shopping here the other day, I was asked to leave because I didn't have a mask on. So, I did. Then, I observed these people leaving the store, with no mask on, and their total wine purchases in their bags. I asked the manager on duty why these people could make a purchase with no mask on, but I couldn't? He replied, we can refuse service to anyone, for any reason. Ok, I agree. But, shouldn't that reason apply to everyone, mr. manager?? The one lady has a shopping list in her right hand, not a mask. I made sure of that before taking the photo. I generally spend $200-$300/month in your store. However, you will never get another dollar from me. I realize it's not likely, but I still hope you go out of business. NOTE TO OWNER: Spare me the apologies of your click button responses. How about taking more of a stand, like the Florida restaurant owner who had this sign posted in their window.

Ayleen was AWESOME! I was looking for a rum cream like I had in Jamaica. Ayleen let me try a Coquito that she explained was a holiday drink from Purto Rico. She said it was an original Puerto Rican recipe. It was Coconut flavored and wonderful. A crowd .of people gathered around everyone was trying it and taking bottles of the Coquito off the shelves. I then asked Ayleen about a nice bottle of run in my price range and she ran me over to the run aisle and found me a great bottle of aged rum, explaining to me the whole time about the flavor and quality of the rum. I felt bad for taking up her time from the rest of the people there. Fantastic Service!

When I got home I looked at the receipt and was charged 13.99 for something I never got. Called and the reply was-“oh yeah the machine sometimes adds things and I would have to return to store for refund. Store is 1 hour away and why couldn’t it have been credited over the phone?
