Great experience with sample tasting and a huge help with helping me find what i wanted. Went above and beyond and found an item that was not on the shelf for me. So helpful and knowledgeable about the various products. I will be back for sure.

Store is in a great location and easy to get to from Hwy 56. Ample parking in the parking lot. They have an excellent selection of IPA's! This is one of the best Total Wines that we have been to. Aisle after aisle of beers, liquor and wine. Not hard to locate specific beers and wine that I had picked out before leaving home using their app. Staff was friendly and helpful when we asked questions. Check out was easy and smooth. Clerk very helpful. We will definitely be back even though this is quite a drive for us. It will be worth it!

It’s 12/23. After seeing kids going into store, I brought my niece inside with me instead of having her waiting in the cold outside. The cashier refused the sale because of my niece. No problem. But 1 minute later she sold to the family with 3 teenagers. Does color still matter in 2022? Edit. I stopped by the store today. There are kids running around and checking out at the cashier. No one was denied sale. It makes you wonder why they single out a certain minority group.

A brand new Total Wine & More. So happy to have one closer than the Dale Mabry location. Overall very nice store though the layout is a bit different and took me a second. Plenty of tastings and it looks like they have a classroom/event area that doesn’t appear to be open yet. Looking forward to that. Only negative was it took a few minutes to check out as the cashier didn’t seem to know how to ring up the coupon I got in the mail, but considering they just opened it’s understandable and wasn’t an issue. Looking forward to more visits.

I am so glad that we finally have this store because they have so many options! The staff today was so helpful its so bright and set up very nice. I look forward to come back and do a tasting and just walk around to find new things to try.
