Went in on Tuesday and was chatting with a worker as I was checking out. Another employee was standing behind her at the counter putting plastic rings on the cans. A customer came to the counter to check out and he walked over begrudgingly to assist her. As I was finishing up, another lady came behind the customer he was checking out and got in line. As I was saying my goodbyes to the female employee I was talking to I hear “Ok, miss. Thanks. Have a nice day.” The man, who’s name I learned was Kyle, was the one who said this in a very rude and sarcastic tone. I didn’t realize immediately he was talking to me, since he was not assisting me. I looked at him and he clearly was implying that I needed to leave so that the female employee could assist the next customer he didn’t want to check out. As I stepped away from the counter he immediately said to the woman 2nd in line, “she can help you over there” and nodded to the female employee. I assumed that his arrogance and attitude meant he was an owner of the store (I couldn’t fathom a peer/colleague would have the audacity to treat another like that) and I didn’t want the female employee to get in trouble so I headed out. This is the 2nd time I have been in this establishment and disrespected by something rude said by an employee. I try to shop local as much as possible, but in the future I will be spending my money elsewhere. Kyle, you need to take some courses on customer service.

Why is the rum always gone!? This place has a decent selection but by far the local rum is the best idea. They also have weldworks which is amazing.

If you value good customer service go someplace else. I have shopped here a few times and am never greeted and forget about receiving help. Will not spend my money here anymore.

Literally go in here on a weekly basis for over 3 years. The one time I don’t have my ID they won’t sell me booze. Oh and I don’t get carded regularly there. Guess I’m just another face and all the talks I have had with employees is fake. I am boycotting!

The liquor store seems to be a good place for good quality booze. A huge selection of beer and liquor at this location.
