The women that works there is very rude. Living in the area for more than 5 years, I've seen her yell at customers and deny service. She is horrible, she doesn't know what customer service means. Go up the street to mountair 🥃 better service and prices

I feel like the owner should sell to be honest I don't know what the owner does for a living but they should walk into a couple other liquor stores this place that he has is cluttered unorganized and I feel like they should sell the business to somebody that is going to take better care and make it worth the wild to walk in the store instead of not having any pictures inside the store to show you how messy it is and how unorganized the place is

Very rude, will never come back here. Depew liquors or bottles + bitters up the street are way better and have better prices.

Disorganized and unprofessional. I was trying to purchase a 6 pack of ipa for $10. When the cashier rung it up it was around $15. I said wait isn't this 6 pack $9.99 because that's what it said on the shelf. The cashier laughed in my face uncontrollably and said no like I was stupid. Cashier didn't even attempt to apologize about the confusion. They don't even try to label the prices according to where the beer is on the shelf. So I am suppose to guess that you labeled the price correctly and if I am wrong your rude about it ? Ya never coming back here. Be honest and clear on your pricing.
