Well, definitely got my cardio in for the week, cause this place is YUGE! Probably not as big as some others out there, but it's a notable size in of itself. And with that size comes with a pretty large selection of wines (the reason of my visit). And its wine selection was pretty limited based on brand, but the variety per brand was actually really exciting. Seeing flavors I have not seen elsewhere.

I recently visited Total Beverage, a large and well-stocked liquor store that caters to the discerning palate. As a self-proclaimed connoisseur of fine libations, I was delighted to discover a wide selection of craft beers, small-batch spirits, and rare wines. The knowledgeable staff were able to recommend some amazing finds that I never would have discovered on my own. The atmosphere was cozy and inviting, with a rustic industrial chic aesthetic that was right up my alley. The rewards program at this store is incredibly generous and rewarding. As a frequent shopper, I have been able to accumulate points and redeem them for valuable discounts and freebies. The program is easy to use and the rewards are well worth the effort. They constantly have vendors visiting that give out swag and even had one laser-etching bottles for gifts last time I was in. Overall, a fantastic shopping experience and a must-visit for the pretentious hipster in all of us.

My wife and I received amazing service from Megan, the cashier. She recommended the Stella Rosa black wine to us and we loved it! She was very friendly and didn’t rush us, best customer service we’ve received here in a while.

I just wanted to give a big thank you to Meagan for going out of her way to close her register and help me find an item (mango absolute mixed cocktail) I’ve looked for at two different stores. While walking over we engaged in a nice conversation that felt genuine and not forced. I ended up creating a membership and look forward to coming back to this store!

Been a long time customer, over 10+ years. Got along great with Delores when she was still working on that store. Customer service has degraded over recent years. Their cashier Tyler is rude, unprofessional, and tries to belittle and intimidate customers. Had an incident with him over several months ago, yet he continues to give my friends and I issues each time we come - he definitely holds a grudge and thinks he’s in a leadership position to bully us around. Management, please supervise your staff better.
