Spent over 2300.00$ at bottle barn and only have 41 points… They say a dollar is a point and 1000 points is 10$ off….. so I’ll have to spend 230,000$ to get my 10$ discount…. Obviously it’s rigged to be unfair. Don’t expect points at bottle barn. I bought a 40$ bottle and got 0 points.. last nite, now the cashier is aware of my issue, has done nothing to fix my actual amount and there screen shows my history of spending over 2000.00$., she gave me 300 points…. I should have got over 2000 points! They don’t care to be fair apparently. It’s too bad. It’s a mom n pop shop, good nice people, they start speaking a different language (Arab I think) when you ask a question about it , which makes you feel like there hiding something.

Used to go there often, for friendly staff, convenience and prices. They changed ownership recently, and rearranged the store, changed prices, and got rid of sales and promotions. The new owner confirmed they will no longer have the sales, and I got over charged for the same wine I usually get, so she charges what she feels like, and said that she was not making any money form what I bought, very unprofessional. Will not shop there again.

My favorite store. Good people. Very friendly. Family owned. Always have people in there. You can get in and out fast. Have a point system. Save up and get a percent every time you buy. I like to support a family business. Great selection . hamms case of 24 is 11.99 plus tax. About 50 cents a can.

Love this store and the wonderful people who work there. I always take my bird or dog in there and they love it as well! The owner is so kind and helpful. They always remember who I am and greet me as if I am a good friend. Would recommend this place to anyone and everyone!
