I called in advance as Google was showing one of my favorite whiskeys was in stock. The employee confirmed it was in stock and I could come by to pick up. When I got there, an employee said they were in and I asked how much. He told me it would be "$90 per bottle for you (2.5-3x normal price), but much less and and closer to market price for our regulars." I thanked him for his honesty and left. I'm not sure I've felt that humiliated and unwelcome while trying to support a local business in quite some time.

Every single liquor store I called asking about Don Perignon either thought I was prank calling or did not have any in stock. Denver's Best Liquor had many bottles available. They're the best.

I ordered delivery from this store and after waiting over 2 hours for my order to be delivered the delivery driver contacted me about parking and asked me to walk (quite a distance) because they couldn’t find parking in the VERY FRONT of my building. I let them know where they could park if they couldn’t find a spot there (less than a one minute walk away, right beside the building). Then we got off of the phone and I waited for my delivery. Once I realized it was taking a while, I checked the app and realized they cancelled the order without even notifying me because they were too lazy to do their job. This is unacceptable service. I would give zero stars if I could. Update: I would give negative stars if I could after the owner's unprofessional (and inaccurate) response. I was never told the order was cancelled. I said "ok" because I told the person where to park (all spots were not taken--only the few spots in the very front were) and I thought they were going there. The place was literally 50 feet from the door. I guess being in a work meeting where I can't leave at that exact moment (which is why I used delivery...isn't that the purpose?) is me being a 'lazy smelly bum' according to the owner. Although, it was a pleasure contacting the delivery service and NOT receiving a restocking fee (and receiving credit for a later purchase) since they are more professional and agreed that the situation was not an example of good service. Avoid this place if you hope to receive professional service or a professional response should there be any problems with an order. Not worth it.

The accept Apple Pay. Good prices, wish they were open until midnight but they’re steadfast and loyal no doubt!

The gentleman running the counter with shoulder length dark hair is SO FRIENDLY! You feel comfy upon walking in and prices are comparable to other stores. Things are easy to find and lots of selection.
