I love shopping online, however my account was giving me some issues. I was able to speak with customer service on the 855 number. They were very helpful but with the time I had I chose to visit the Evans location in person. Upon my arrival I was greeted by the assistant Manager Derek. I explained, that I was needing assistance grabbing a 2k purchase. He immediately shut me down? Became argumentative about how busy they were and rambled on about the process taking close to 1 1/2 hrs. I simply stated I didn’t have that kind of time. My partner and I proceeded to pull our carts, and all of our merchandise on our own. We accomplished this in 30 minutes with a 10min check out. Derek’s assistant manager position does not hold any Integrity, or professional. I am very taken back about how I was treated. I hope all of my future visits are a better experience. Thank you to Andrea and all the other staff who went above and beyond

Overall a great place for the best prices. The only reason I'm giving 3 stars is due to the customer service. Honestly it's hit or miss. If you need help looking for something than an employee MIGHT help you. I usually have pretty good experiences however I asked 3 employees for help on finding one bottle. One hour later I was told they didn't have it. It's no biggie if you don't have the stock, but I shouldn't have to run around and ask multiple people for the same thing. The first guy replied with "I have a customer with a larger order so your going to have to wait" even though I I had asked first. The second forgot to come back after I found him. The third said the supervisor wasn't available even though they had literally 6 or 7 people in the entire store on monday night.

The staff is always super helpful and friendly. The selection can't be beat. The lines can get a little long (with several open cashiers) so I tend to order ahead and do curbside pickup. It's awesome!

This is definitely one of the best places around to get any type of alcohol. The employees are always so incredibly helpful and knowledgeable, and it's always nice to sample something new in store! I've found lots of new brands this way! Can't recommend enough!

I really like this liquor store; great selection and helpful staff. . . Usually. This is a small thing, but I felt it very petty on the employee’s part. I was checking out with a six pack of bottles, four pack of bottles, a four pack of cans, and two small shot bottles. Not a ton, but $40 and enough to be awkward to carry to my car. She asked if I wanted a bag for ten cents (a city law I vehemently oppose) and I respond with a “no, thanks” I’ll just take a box. She said the boxes were only for customers with six bottles or more and that she had to save them, to which I responded (after looking at the floor to ceiling wall of boxes), “makes sense. You are short on boxes for customers” which she affirmed was her position. Obviously I though this ridiculous, but proceed to pay, thank her for her good customer service, and awkwardly carry my haul to my car. The entire interaction was quite civil in the surface, but was so petty and contemptible that I will think twice about going here again. To the owners or managers. . . If a customer asks for a box they should get one. . . Period. It wasn’t as if it was an outrageous request in my part and would have cost you nothing to entertain, but the denial has certainly lost you some future revenue. Thanks for being a great liquor store otherwise, but quite frankly this was just short sighted behavior where the employee was enable to cut off the stores nose to spite its face.
