As a very loyal customer and a good acquaintance of Yanni ………. I have to say as a small independent liquor store owner you must up your game. Your competitors ( from grocery stores to Total Wine and More) they are much more accommodating. In the last few years I’ve been able to call and place an order for delivery. Very much appreciate that! Today I called to place a large $ amount for delivery. The person told me to go online. Obviously, I know how that works. Either your website or my user error wasn’t cooperating. I explained this to the WineSeller person and he said that he would take my order over the phone. So he took my order kindly and then said it would be waiting for me at the front counter. I can come in pick up my beverages, I’m ordering through you for the delivery service that you offer. So, I’m wondering why you can take my order up front for pick up but not deliver. Just a bit of advice. As a independent owner (always supporter of independent shops) you may want to up your game. Thanks for listing to me but I’m a bit disappointed.

Great selection, wonderful staff, reasonable prices, and convenient location. I'm not a fan of the big box stores where you get very little personal service or input on what you buy. The team at HWS is the best!

Whoever was working today when I asked about rare bourbon was a jerk. I felt like he didn't care to even help me and didn't even ask what I was in the market for. Didn't mention when things come in stock, what do I like? Nothing. I'll spend my money elsewhere. And what stinks is they have a great selection.

Great large local liquor store. They always have what we are looking for and friendly. Wine selection is good. They have all the normal spirits plus a bunch of those you didn't know about. I like the decent selection of whiskey. Prices are some of the best in town.
