Was a pretty good liquor store for years, customer service wise, then it sold. I don't know what the deal is, but service has taken a massive dive. It's not uncommon to see people waiting at the register for someone to come out of the back to make a sale, or waiting for employees to finish some innocuous conversation only to give you attitude if ya interrupt them. Done with it, gave y'all too many chances.

They do not accept manufacturers coupons that are ON the bottles in their own store. The owner at first tried to tell me I had to mail it in, when it clearly says save now. So I read him the fine print and he then told the employee at the register to make sure to take all the others off so no one else gets a coupon that they will not honor. Seriously.....Losing customers over $2. It's not even about the $2, it's about the customer service.

Great selection and beautiful organization in their store. Highly recommend!

This store has really improved on craft beer selection. They have always had a broad selection of California wines. If only their prices were a little lower!

The owner of this store is an arrogant tyrant! He humiliates his employees in front of customers by yelling at them and talking down to them. Be careful if you use a credit or debit card because he will charge you two and three times for the same purchase and tell you to take it to small claims court when you try to get a refund! Go anywhere else in Broomfield to buy your alcohol! This man should not profit any longer from your business!!
