I actually wanted to give negative stars but I couldn't comment if I did that I was there tonight and was shorted $10 by your employee. I normally don't even count my money but he stood at the window like like he was waiting for a response or something and it just felt weird so when I got to the stoplight I counted the money in my hand and it was only $29 when it should have been $39 so I turned around when all the way back and as I pull up to the window and I told him you're supposed to give me $39 back and he'll give me $29 he's oh yeah okay went right back to the register handing my $10 as if it was no big deal have a good night. So I don't know if he thought I was drunk and I wouldn't notice and now I'm also wondering how many times I've been shorted by this employee and how many of your other customers that he does this to? Didn't seem like an accident whatsoever I will not be patronizing your business ever again!

Very polite lady working there. It seems to be harder in CO to find genuinely pleasant workers. Even in the hospitality industry. I am from Louisiana so I am used to very kind friendly interactions with people. The lady working the counter was very kind she held a conversation with me even as she had other customers at the drive-up window.

Very nice and helpful. Great bunch of guys work there. Good selection, and good prices.

I asked if they would consider stocking my favourite Irish Whiskey, The Knot, and and much to my great pleasure, it was on the shelf 5 days (maybe a week) later! Every time I go into The Bottle Shoppe, no matter who is working, it is ALWAYS a really good experience and the prices are great! Everyone who works there is super cool, super nice and happy to help.

I like the fact that they have a drive thru.It makes getting a six pack quickly. The prices are comparable to other liquor stores. The employee's are friendly and are willing to look for anything you may want. They accept cash or credit.
