This Liquor Store uses a national delivery service called Drizly and you order their wine inventory through them. I made a purchase of a couple bottles of wine through their delivery service that came to over $100 and the delivery service said the wine would be delivered to my relation in Greeley CO that evening. As it turned out, Gordons did not have either bottle of the wine ordered and asked if they could send some replacement bottles. Now I have to go through the hassle of cancelling my order and getting a refund. This store does not have its act together and the 2 stars are a generous review!

Staff is very helpful and friendly when approached and they’ll leave you alone when you want. The shop was clean and felt safe which is a big thumbs up when you’re a woman alone in a liquor store. The mix I wanted wasn’t available but he suggested a very good alternative that ended up being better and more cost effective.

Ordered from Drizzly’s app, this store canceled my order because of “ staff” shortages without even calling me, the person who answered the phone could barely speak English & was extremely rude, I will NEVER order from this company again!!

This store is disgusting and dirty since the new owners took over a year or more ago. Every time I've gone, it just seems to get dirtier each time. Yesterday, 7-29-21, will be my last time shopping there. This place is filthy and on top of that, their beer cooler was down, again. I worked there in the late 80's, it was the cleanest and best store in town, and continued that way until the current owners took over. I have given them too many chances, I will not return ever again! UPDATE 5-21-22: I returned because I heard it was under new ownership. Place is clean and very nice again! I worked there in the 80's, and the owner ran a great clean place. Seems it's back to clean and help was very nice this time. I will see how it goes, but satisfied so far!

Updated review: Recently this place has gone down hill. Staff is just kinda there and the selection has started to dwindle. I'm not sure what's going on but the place is a mess, clutter everywhere and dirty floors. There are empty fixtures that have been empty for a long time. This isn't a new development with COVID either. It was this way before the pandemic started. Do not recommend anymore. Original 4 star review: The staff are always friendly and helpful and the selection is hard to beat.
