In beer town USA, there are a million other places to shop than here. Seriously rude staff. Go to one of the other local places in town who appreciate your business. I’ve popped in here on three occasions to pick up a six pack and every time I have, the staff have been completely condescending. 3 different cashiers same rudeness every time. It’s not like I expect being pampered at a beer shop, but my goodness! It’s almost like an SNL skit. I will never go back to this place. Should have known after my first two visits not to go for a third trip. I’ve never had to apologize 17 times for buying something before. Shop elsewhere unless you find gratification in painful social interactions.

This was the first time I’ve been to this location. It’s was 9:20 pm on a Sunday and they were the closest liquor that was still open. I went in planning on buying a few shooters. Again, this being the first time I was ever in this store so I wasn’t sure where sure where things were located. I was at the counter and went in to buy some shooters. The man behind the counter was rude and didn’t offer me any help finding what I was looking for. After a few minutes I went to grab a 99 Brand shooter and the guy behind the register fired at me, “Those are displays!” I was like, “Oh, okay.” Then I walked to the register I said I would like two 99 Brand Peppermint shooters. But quickly corrected myself and said, “Sorry, I would actually like 3.” To which the employee said condescendingly, “3, or 4, or 5?” I felt this comment was highly unnecessary and replied, “Sorry, I meant 3.” He then pulls 3 shooters, places them on the counter not even telling me how much the total was. I pulled out my wallet and first pulled out my debit card to which he snidely said, “5 dollar minimum for credit cards.” So I handed him a 20 dollar bill in which he acted if I was being unreasonable. In any case, I paid for my 3 shooters with a 20 dollar bill that he acted even more annoyed about. He rudely handed me my change and I said, “Thanks. Have a good one.” I would really like this liquor store reconsider the VERY RUDE cashiers they have working there. This was the first time AND THE LAST TIME I will ever go to this liquor store.

Been to this liquor store multiple times and it has a great selection despite being a small store. Lots of variety in beer, liquor and wine. The owner was working and was such a sweetheart. Glad to live near a small, locally owned store.

My local spot. I love the owners of this place. They are incredibly helpful, have a great selection and great prices.

Never have I ever imagined having bad customer service at a liquor store, but my fiancé and I actively avoid going to this liquor store due to the cashiers. On my few occasions with the male staff members they have been rude and unhelpful. I would love to support local, but don’t waste your time.
