Best beer selection in town. Beers from all over the world. *Update You would be better served to check out Andy's or Fisher liquor. Better selection, better prices. This place used to be amazing. Whatever's happened in the last 4 years. I don't know but their shelves are bare. The service is subpar and the selection is mostly cheap domestic.*

Craft beer wonderland! Awesome selection, tons of imports! I love this place. Drove from UT and it was worth it!

I'm from slc so places like this are kinda cool to me. Their singles selection was awesome, I made my own six pack and loved em all. The variety on beer seemed much more than spirits and wine. Obviously college kids don't get a whole lot a wine so that isle was a bit thin.

College Liquors is conveniently located for where I live. Unfortunately, I am not a college student and while I'm certainly interested in beer, the reason that I go to a liquor store is to find liquors other than beer. In this regard, College Liquors does not rise to the occasion, as their selection of wines and other spirits is extremely limited. Moreover, if you can't find something specific that you're looking for, you shouldn't expect any real help from their staff to get it. Specifically, on one of my earlier visits to this location, I was able to find a bottle of my preferred Cinzano vermouth (for cooking a regional variation of ossobuco, in fact). Some time later, I could no longer find any Cinzano at all, and had to settle for their smaller bottles of Tribuno vermouth. This was peculiar, given that the wine list hosted on the College Liquors website specifically lists Cinzano to this day! The staff suggested that I fill in a little card describing the item I was looking for, and they would be in touch; I filled in the card, I never heard from anyone, and I never saw my preferred Cinzano vermouth at College Liquors ever again. It's very disappointing, because 1) if you have an online inventory list, it should really reflect your actual inventory, and 2) if you go through the song and dance of having customers fill out cards for special requests (that are listed in your inventory to begin with!) then you should really follow-up with them. Also, I get carded every single time I make purchases at College Liquors. I'm 39 years old and I really don't look under 21 anymore. At first it was a bit funny and flattering, but eventually it grew tiresome.

According to their own site they close at midnight on Monday. I looked it up, it said they were open yet when I got there at 1130 the guy wouldn't let me in. Said they were closed. There were others in the parking lot as well who couldn't understand. Apparently this place can take or leave customers.
