Staff is extremely friendly and they get pretty fancy with their mixology. Comfortable atmosphere and currently expanding their establishment. A good place to get a mixed drink and catch some live music. Heads up NO BEER, but you're welcome to pick up a bottle of your favorite liquor to bring home.

Ben was great. Really knows his way around not only the spirits themselves but how to take wonderful local produce and that sun kissed flavor to your experience. Truly unique. Truly local. Truly delicious.

I was passing through town and saw the ratings on this cocktail bar so we had to stop in for my birthday drinks. Ben is one of the best bartenders. These cocktails he made were some of the best of my life - they make a lot of their own syrups and infusions from house-grown herbs and locally grown produce. The cocktails don’t get fresher or more creative. Wow, this is a must-stop!

This place is an awesome stop for anyone in the area looking for an interesting beverage (or three). My wife and I stopped in after arriving in Montrose, and we were amazed by the wonderfully friendly staff and their willingness to help us explore the libations. The bartender's attentiveness to details when crafting his concoctions was not something often seen in a bar, and the drinks were all delicious. I would highly recommend Storm King to anyone looking to try something new or to take a bottle home to share with your friends.

Awesome distillery! Loved our bartender’s recommendation for a ‘spicy’ margarita. They have a jar of different peppers soaking in vodka that adds a great kick!
