The owner won’t let you into the store, so it is a guessing game from outside to decide what wine or liquor to purchase. Then you get surprised by the ridiculously expensive prices that even bottom of the shelf bottles have. And customer service is unfriendly. You better spend your bucks in one of the other Liquor stores within a block.

Says they’re open till 12a. Showed up 11:20p AND someone was locking up and leaving.

SO rude SO expensive, have no idea what you’re even getting because you can’t go in. The salesperson brought me the largest bottle of everything without asking me what size then proceeded to swipe my card after I asked him to take something off then shut the window on me. Went there often but not again.

While browsing in this establishment yesterday, the proprietor asked twice whether I needed any assistance. I told him I would let him know. I eventually inquired which of their red wines would be considered light, smooth and on the dry side & he tells me "I don't really know much about red wine". Unbelievable!

Beyond Rude. Terrible customer service and inaccurate hours. DO NOT COME HERE. Man at the window won't let you inside. Cites "after 9pm on Sunday all NYC has this rule". Read other reviews if you don't believe me. Horrible experience.
