Another case of lazy workers who lock the doors before the place actually closes. Better get there early if you want ya booze lol

Jun 13, 2022
Grabbed a 12 pack from the cooler. When I got home the beer was barely chilled at all. Maybe 60 degrees and absolutely no cooler than that. On a hot day I was very disappointed that I had to put a few in my freezer for a half hour. I know they think it saves them money keeping their cooler at 60 degrees but how many customers like myself are one time customers because we can't stand warm beer. Joyals is much better than these guys.

These people are scathing when it comes to customer service, I had an individual whom is a constant worker there actually go behind me and ask me if I needed help when I have been there multiple times almost making me feel that I was doing something wrong when I only was counting on a certain budget I could spend. I just left there and I was pretty much made to feel as a bad person when I asked why they were charging one dollar more than what the price stated on the shelf. I was told that it was "out of their control how the prices work" which obviously is false advertising and also because I needed to pay with two credit cards that the problem was mine not theirs. I paid the entirety of my purchase and kept on being demeaned and berated by staff. I am calling the attorney general consumer protection for false advertising and wrongful price gouging and the FTC on Monday. Do not go here they will not care whether you have gone there many times, obviously they have dementia when it comes to the times that I never questioned anything and was nice to them. One of the worst accusations was whether one of my credit cards was legitimate today.

Always great service by them. I've been ordering from them for a few weeks now through Drizly and their drivers are great, staff calls me if they need to, and are all overall really friendly and have great options!

Friendly and knowledgeable staff helped me make some great selections today! Real cozy vibe with well organized shelves and a good variety of booze to choose from. Precautions were in effect, curbside pickup was available, and I got some insider tips about local beers gratis! Thanks ladies
