Excellent customer service!!! Staff was kind, helpful, and knowledgeable, going above and beyond to help me find what I was looking for. Tiny shop, but wonderful wine selection and decent variety liquor selection. Very fair prices!

I came here today looking for some white wine. Super nice guy (I should have asked for a name to put here, sorry), excellent customer service, quick and efficient while still remaining super nice. I was treated better here while only spending a few bucks than for some big purchases I have made elsewhere!

Have worked with OddBins for over a year for catering. Outstanding service, always on time, great prices. The owner is very knowledgable and always helps me choose the amounts and the types of bottles according to the event. The team that delivers the orders are pleasant and very professional!

First time in New Haven, did not have the best of all days and came in to buy some beers. At the checkout the man behind the counter asked me if I was okay and told me that everything was going to be alright. Made my day. Thanks and cheers to taking care of each other.
