The variety is amazing. The staff is great in every way. My complaint is that I feel I was misled into joining their rewards program and spending a lot of money. I joined and spent enough to get into the “Grand Reserve” level. I did so entirely so I would have “Priority Access to select products”. I have received no such access. All I get are the same emails everyone else does. This makes me feel like may have been scammed by false advertising. Disappointing.

Can’t buy anything if you have anyone under age. You could be with your daughter or a nephew picking something up after getting groceries and they will not let you purchase anything. Even when you could get a pack of beer at the grocery store next door. Went to get a bottle we couldn’t find anywhere else and they denied us because we had my girlfriend’s cousin in the store since it was cold outside. Even though they let a friend of ours get a bottle without any question while we waited to get our bottle. Horrible rule the store can’t even regulate. Have been a customer for year with no problems until this weekend. Great service from the man helping us get the bottle but horrible service from who ever runs the cash registers. We explained this to her and she still wouldn’t sell us a bottle. Didn’t have time to make a complaint since it was my girlfriends birthday so we went to another store and found the same bottle. I wonder how many times this happens on very expensive purchases over this rule. Adding to this they asked us to bring back the rest of the people who were with us which one they had already sold a bottle to. Stop saying you follow restrictions when you don’t. We have also seen you do it to mothers with their children. At this point I won’t shop here anymore but I hope others don’t waste their time either.

Big place. I didn't find the craft beer set up really convenient to find. Once I found it, the gentleman working there was friendly and helpful with gift suggestions for my son in law

I’ve pretty much got everything, to the point where I was more than glad to drive from Long Island New York up for a bottle of the Whistler’s Irish cream. The staff was extremely helpful and I was able to check out and pretty good speed as well. Would definitely make the drive again if need be.
