Well-organized store offering a wide selection of products, from lower end to higher end, craft distillations to universally known brands. Friendly cashier, though ya can barely hear him behind his mask and the plexiglass ‘Rona-proofing. Fair prices, and ample parking in Torrington Plaza out front.

Girish "G" Patel and ALL his associates are amazing to deal with. They go above and beyond with information, ordering, and just general customer service. But what I appreciate most about them is how they build and value customer loyalty. Loyalty is a two way street and they knock it out of the park!! Thanks for all you do! BEST store in NW Connecticut hands down!

If I could give less stars I would. I came in two weeks ago and ordered a 1/4 keg. Spoke to someone in person, and he was awesome! I came to pick up the keg, and there was no keg to be found. Not sure if he didn’t order it, or what happened, wasn’t given an explanation. I liked this place because it’s a decent size and has a lot to choose from. I ordered this for a party, did everything I was supposed to, and was very disappointed. I almost cried in the store out of frustration. I don’t normally give bad reviews, but here I am sitting in the parking lot with a barrel filled with ice, and no keg. There are no places around me to purchase a keg from unless I order it ahead of time. Which, is what I did. I’m very unhappy and will never be coming back. I won’t recommend this place to anyone who is planning an event because they will ruin the event. I apologize to the boy that tried to help me and couldn’t because my order wasn’t there, I work in customer service and I’d be upset if I were in his shoes. He did tell me the gentleman that helped me is having a baby this weekend, so congratulations to him, I’m happy for him. Still very unhappy that my order was never made and I now don’t know what to do.

Lived in the town for a while and never went in here until yesterday, such a big selection and friendly staff.
