Service has improved recently. There's a good collection of wine and spirits. There's still the awkward situation with the shopping carts that cannot leave the store. So you end up waiting for someone to bring your purchases to your car or carry the items yourself. The parking lot is vast so remember to park right next to the door if you can find that spot.

My experience with Westchester Wine Warehouse has been terrible. The owner of this store used the word “warehouse” in the store’s name in order to give the impression to the consumers that the prices are reasonable and inexpensive. However, nothing is further from the truth. The prices for wines and liquors are so much higher than in other local stores. On January 4, I purchased a bottle of “Buffalo Trace Kosher Rye Recipe” whiskey from Westchester Wine Warehouse for $99.99. The following day I found the same exactly bottle in another store (“Total wine”) for $39.99. I took a picture of the $39.99 price from the shelve and then I went back to show it to the manager of the Westchester Wine Warehouse. He gave me no explanation for this huge difference in the price and told me that he would let the owner know and that the owner would contact me. I gave him my cell number but no one has called me and I am sure that no one will. This whisky was not allocated, it can be found easily in local stores; yet, the price at Westchester Wine Warehouse was 2.5 fold higher than in other local stores. I will never go to buy anything from that store despite the fact that it is in a very short distance from my house. Those of you that you plan to visit this store, watch your pocketbooks.

ABSOLUTELY DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE. Not only is Rudy the asst manager awful to deal with and gives a annoyed condescending tone after FedEx lost my Package and I asked for a refund he blamed me and told me after three weeks of waiting that I’d have to continue waiting until FedEx reimbursed them and then they could reimburse me. With no ETA on any of it and then he hung up. Absolute terrible customer service. This place is a joke

My absolute favorite wine store!!! The selection is out of this world and the staff is super knowledge. They've made some great recommendations that we still drink. The store also has an app that I'm looking forward to trying.

Reasonable prices! I compared one liquor in 5 nearby stores. The WWW price was 20% lower than the cheapest of that competition. One hint: trust the ratings from published wine critics; ignore the "staff-rated" ratings as they seem primarily marketing and not accurate, to my untrained taste buds. This store is my go-to, though it's a short drive and there are others in easy walking distance.
