Customer service is fine whenever I come in but whenever I place an order over the phone it's complete drama I had close to $1,000 NYE order and The guy had no communication skills whatsoever. There is no need to repeat what I said twice and then question if that was right. " a box of Josh cabernet. Josh cabernet? Yes. A box of Josh cabernet. So 1 box of Josh cabernet? This went on for every item. Then tells me to call back in twenty mins. My dude do you know how many liquor stores there are on this block alone? Get it straight or get out.

"You need to get here earlier".... Saturday 5:45pm, we arrive 15 mins prior to posted closing hour. We've already been late once before the week before - 6pm - and were refused service as the store was shut. This time we arrive @ 5:45pm, stand in line behind the 2 people being served and when we get to the door, a movement of 2 feet we are informed "we're shut and we need to get here earlier". We explain we've been standing in line and we get your attitude. While these may be exceptional times, understand that customers keep your business open today and into the future. Telling us "we need"... We don't need to do anything.... We can shop elsewhere, as we will now continue to do so.. Learn some manners.

Great customer service and they’re very patient when we’re taking our time choosing wine or liquor. If we have questions the staff seems to have great insight and are friendly yet professional. They even allow us to bring in our dogs which we love because we hate leaving them outside.
