Closed 8 minutes early the night before the long weekend and wouldn't let multiple clients in even though there was still plenty of time for store to be open and people drove out of their way to go there. Woman at the door turning people away and was completely rude and unreasonable so she could leave. Change your store hours if you're not willing to let people in until your closing time.

Fort Erie LCBO on Thompson is a well stocked store, good variety, helpful staff and is easy to get in and out quickly. It is relatively busy, but they manage to cash customers out quickly so the wait is negligible

Due to the actions of one particular staff member I will not be returning to this location any time soon. Customer service is the backbone and most important aspect of retail business. Jerry needs to learn how to speak to customers in a respectful manner.I don't believe he knows the meaning of Customer Service
