Came early on a Sunday, even though they were short-staffed service was attentive and really friendly. Bloody Mary with bacon and the taco sampler were delicious. The cauliflower taco was a revelation! Forgot to ask for hot sauce, so not sure what they serve in case you want it spicy.

Some friends brought us here this weekend and the waitstaff was AMAZING. I can’t emphasize that enough - perfectly attentive and welcoming. The mixed drinks were creative without being off the wall, which was quite nice. We sampled the spirits and thought they were a little rough around the edges. The gin was by far the best, with a strong cardamom flavor. The buffalo chicken dip was really good, the tacos were okay, and our party really enjoyed the bacon. Nice environment, very hip brewery kind of feel without being cliché. Definitely would recommend going! Try the gin.

Absolutely amazing tacos and nachos! We ordered a flight of tacos and half an order of nachos and it was almost enough for three really hungry people - next time we'd get a full nacho plate instead. Vodka was outstanding as were the cocktails on the menu. Building is lovely and owner, chef, and bartender all made it to our table to chat and thank us for coming in. Great experience over all!

Amazing service and some of the best tacos we've ever had! We did the taco flight and had some drinks after a long hike on the north country trails! Will definitely be back!

This place is a hidden gem in Caz. You could drive right past it on Rt. 20 and not notice it but you should notice it. The atmosphere is great. There is a large outdoor seating area, both covered and uncovered, and a big lawn kids can play on. Inside, the decor is beautiful and the staff are extremely pleasant. You'll often find the owner, Mike, there talking to customers and being extremely welcoming. It's clear this place is his passion project and it shows. The entree menu is basically just tacos but the tacos are great. They are easily on par with Mad Tacos. The appetizers themselves a bit wider in variety and are excellent as well. Of course, this is written from the perspective of someone who brings his family here to hang out. Their primary product is as a distillery. They only carry two beer selections on tap, but they are usually pretty good. They also have a selection of bottles and, of course, spirits. Their mixed drinks are great. All in all, this place is probably one of my favorite hang outs in Caz because of the venue and atmosphere. Highly recommend.
