My experience was horrible. I’ve already been to this store already twice & my experience wasn’t bad. However on Friday, November 5, 2021. Whoever worked the cashier around 10pm was horrible. First off, the line was as long cause the cashier was moving slow & already had an “I don’t wanna be here demeanor” . When it was my turn, I said loud and clear my order ..” Can I have a liter of bacardi gold”..that’s always my order so it flows off my tongue like nothing. Then cashier then responds “A liter of Bacardi Gold, $20”? . He comes back with the light Bacardi . I was like “is that the lite? I ask for gold” …he then says …”thats not what you said”’..we went back and forth ..I’m like “Mister, Yu even repeated my order” we went back and forth at least twice of what I said . I then say “Sir, are you gonna argue with me or just get what I said” I already had my $20 on the counter…he then says “I’ll do Yu one better and give me my $20 back” . I walked out and ordered my liquor from DoorDash which I got a better deal. Idk if it was a bad day for the cashier that day. However he could of handled the situation better. He needs to be retrained on customer service …the proper way to address the situation was “I’m sorry , I didn’t hear Yu say gold, let me get that for you”..he wanted to argue with a woman instead which I doubt if I was a man he would have the same energy. This situation was uncalled for . I just felt like I needed to leave a review .

Compare to other stores i visited. They seems to have one of the lowest prices in Brooklyn. Great customer service, but be careful...There are too many shady looking characters in front and in the store constantly begging for money all day and night.

They acknowledge that they have a sign that says they accept major credit cards, but when you pull it out to pay they say debit only. Says it's been like that for about 3 months because they are losing money. Sign needs to be updated then.

I don't think of the place, but the prices are very low. Seagram gin one liter cost $17.00 now that reasonably . I was not alone in purchasing either others were there as well.
