Excellent customer service. Every time I go, they are always super nice. They have great organic wine.

The guy that works there all the time is nice and very knowledgable. Other staff not so much. Great prices on wines. Cute interior and exterior design.

I have nothing but great things to say about Henry's! Very prompt service when ordering, extremely helpful over the phone, and just an incredible person to do business with! Can't wait to stop in someday.

We tried to go in and were told “if you read one of our many signs you would know we are online only.” No, I am not going to read your long sign in 20 degrees. Your lights are on, the signal for ‘open for business.’ Don’t have an open door, lights on and then rudely act like I’m trying to break in. Ten years living here and I’ve been in twice because it is overpriced, but this experience made us know we can go to all the other local places to get a nice wine. There are local liquor stores on Wilson and Knickerbocker and they’re great.
