Unbelievable experience, walked in with my husband and son and was told we could not purchase anything because our 18 year old "looks 21"! Never had that happen before, too bad they lost our business... There's NO law against parents shopping for alcohol, guess these folks were into something shady and got their hands slapped. Follow up to the store response : ID everyone, that's fine: refuse to sell because we brought our son into the store with us is ridiculous. Following that logic, a restaurant wouldn't be able to serve an adult in the presence of their child. Educate your employees. Best of luck.

I live outside of New York and asked to arrange a purchase over the phone for someone to pick up as a gift. Manager told me he was too busy. Too bad because he missed a sale of well over $100.

FIRST AND LAST TIME ILL EVER STEP FOOT IN THIS STORE. Had the WORST experience ever at this place. My friend and I (both 23 years old) and my mom went in to buy some wine. The second we walked in the store clerk says “they’re going to need ids”, we said yes we have our id’s and went to look around. My mom went up to purchase her bottle and he said he needed to see our ids too. We came up with our bottles of wine and give him our id’s and he tries to accuse us of having the same id because we were both born in 1999. He was very unprofessional, rude, ignorant and definitely had some sort of paranoid schizophrenia. He should not be working at this store if his mental health state is that bad and he can’t comprehend a birthdate on an ID. So much for “welcome in, can i help you find something!” We immediately left and took our business elsewhere where the employees were friendly and the wine was much cheaper!

Always kind and courteous to every customer! Helpful and directive with options for beverage consumption 😉😁 and just really regular people who have worked here for a long time, so its nice to be able to get to know and check in with them when we visit to shop for the necessary alcohol that this insane world seems to basically require! 🙄😜😆 Definitely go out of my way to shop specifically HERE as opposed to anywhere else. Thanks Kevin and Slade!! Love you guys 🤩😁😉
