I don't go to liquor stores often since I don't drink much but I ran this errand for my husband to get a few bottles of wine for Christmas. Yes it is Christmas Eve and of course no one wants to be working but I had the worst customer service at this location today. First I walked down the aisle and a worker was pushing a cart. I said excuse me as I passed by her and she miserably grunted something I couldn't understand. Then she was called by another worker for assistance which she then dropped a price tag. I went to pick it up for her but she got to it before I could and muttered something out of frustration. I picked up 2 bottles of wine and brought them to the check out counter and asked the cashier if what I had was a Chardonnay. I am not savvy on alcohol. He said it wasn't and I said I needed a Chardonnay in that brand and asked where I could find that brand in a Chardonnay, he pointed down an isle and then called for the disgruntled employee to remove the wrong wine from the computer that was rang up. She was absolutely miserable, rude, and frustrated. As I walked to the isle she yelled out to me "Right there!" As the cashier yelled at me "to your left! Your left! Your left!" God forbid the cashier walk me over to where it was and educate me on how the wines are shelved. I still couldn't find it since the bottle was all the way to the far left on the shelf and the brand I wanted was in the center of the shelf. Silly me thought the brand's would be placed together. But that was a lesson for me. Then the miserable employee walked over and took it off the shelf and handed it to me. I went back to the cashier and he rang up the bottle and told me the price, I went to insert my card and he spoke to me like I was stupid yet again and said to wait till the screen said confirm then tap the green button and then insert my card. As,I walked out I heard an employee say "Brutle" I couldn't believe how horrible the customer service was. I'm sure it was a very busy day with it being Christmas Eve but the bottom line is when you work in retail and it's a Holiday you need to anticipate the hectic day and treat your customers with respect. I will never go back to this location again.

The staff here went above and beyond to make me happy by ordering the brand of wine that my wife enjoys since they didn't carry it. I told them they are our store now for all our spirits since we just moved into the neighborhood. I'm one happy customer!
