Asked a conversational question based on a comment from a sales associate about price increases, and was interrupted and subsequently given a condescending lecture by another employee (shift manager?) about the “cost of doing business.” Not surprised at this behavior from a chain with a government monopoly over alcohol sales.

selection is ok, but the old guys behind the tasting and customer service counters have an interesting habit of ignoring customers with dark skin. be better.

Fantastic service and selection. Helped us pick out cases of champagne and aperol and rose.

If I could give them 0 stars that is what they deserve. Last night I asked the nice woman who was checking me out if she could search the system to see if any of the stores nearby had the bourbon I liked. The rude employee behind her stopped her and yelled that what I'm asking for doesn't exist anywhere and that I need to lower my expectations. I explained that a couple of weeks ago an employee there did find me a bottle and I picked it up at the store nearby. He mocked me and challenged me implying I was lying. The people in line were so upset they were trying to assist me with my request. The woman checking me out was also surprised by this employees behavior. This rude employee should be terminated.
