Great selection of wine and liquor, friendly customer service and good prices.

Great prices overall but the staff is EXTREMELY rude. Don’t waste your time. I’ve been there 4 times. The first two times I was helped by the owner and his son. The last two visits consisted of a different guy who likes to tell you what is and what isn’t apart of his job. The first two times I purchased a bottle Stella Rosa. Recently, I’ve broken 2 cork removers trying to get the cork out of those bottles so I asked the guys (owner and son) if they could remove the cork for me and they did with no hesitation. The third visit, there was a different guy with glasses at the counter. After he rings me up I asked if he could remove the cork. He says that the law doesn’t allow him to. So I told him that it was done on my recent two visits and he goes on to tell me that he doesn’t have the remover so I point to it because I could CLEARLY see it on the counter. He then says that it’s not part of his job to open bottles. So I asked for my money back. He then says that he can hand me the remover so that I could attempt to do so. Oh but wait, I forgot to mention that I stood in line for a long time while he discussed construction business with the lady in front of me. It wasn’t him who said anything; she politely said that she would step aside so that he could ring me up. SHE apologized for the wait, not him. Tonight I went again to buy this Stella Rosa, before I even purchased the bottle I asked if he would remove the cork and again he said that it isn’t his job to do that. I WILL NOT BE RETURNING. I left and went to the wine store up the street from me and they were really nice, they do free delivery and they gave me some free Red Bulls.

Nicely appointed new wine and liquor store. Very friendly service. A great addition to the New Rochelle wine and liquor scene. Get a donut next door and drop by for a bottle of wine.
