This place has a small but really good selection of wines. It used to be really charming and one always felt welcome It's been my go to wine store for years. I frequent almost every week. Could not rave more about it, but lately something has changed. They are rude and petty. Just last week I went in and bought 3 bottles of wine; spent $150. I could not carry all of them and asked if I could please have a bag. In the past that would not have been a problem, but now they will charge you $2 for a bag. I refused and managed with the bottles, all be it precariously. Today I went back, bought 2 more bottles; brought my own bag but I told the person at the counter that I thought it was really petty of them to charge for a bag when a costumer is spending over $100, He just looked at me and said: " It is what it is. The rules apply to all people." Yeah, Merry Christmas to you too. I guess the rules will not apply to me moving forward, as I will not do business with them anymore. I don't care how good their selection is; if they don't care about their costumers there are plenty of other liquor stores in the neighborhood that do.

Good selection of wine, although very limited - most likely due to space which is unfortunately paired with incredibly entitled and rude staff. One person in particular comes off as passive aggressive and not someone I feel good handing over $300 for a couple of bottles. Will go elsewhere except in a bind. -PS this review represents 5 people that live in the neighborhood with the same experience and sentiment.

Small shop with a large selection of off the beaten path wines and liquors. Knowledgeable staff, cool owners, and good tunes. If you're looking for something you can find "everywhere" they won't have it here, but they'll have something comparable, and better.

The recommendation of the wine I was looking for was perfect. The place is cozy and they have a nice variety of wine. The one I ordered was from South Africa. Very rich in flavor and not super dry. That wine el be one of my best in my list.
