I did a Google search and came across this store, and at the end I was very happy with my shopping experience and purchases. I was looking to purchase red wine for gifts, wines on the sweet side but not dry. I'm not an expert, so it was a relief when the manager walked over to offer his assistance. He was so calm and pleasant as he explained the options and gave his opinion. I left as a satisfied customer and will shop there again. Also, although I didn't use it, they do have shopping carts for customers convenience.

Robert helped me choose four Portuguese wines and delivered it in time for a birthday surprise to an address in Newark nearby. He was cheerful about followup phone calls. Use the app. Nice to know about Lisbon W&L for future occasions.

I’ve made an order at 3/10/2023 at Lisbon Wines and Liquors that never arrived . I called them, and they just told me the order was cancelled ( no explanation ) and then they cancelled the order at the next day. But I was charged almost $50. Don’t know if was a uber eats problem or the store problem. Just that I lost $50 😭

Good selection of 10-12 different LBV Ports priced just right, of which we bought several. Port cellar a bit dusty, cramped, and warm(!) but an interesting collection of Vintage Ports and Tawnies. Nice store that could win the regional market for Ports if they specialized further and offered a small discount for multiple bottles. Only the fairly pricey Total Wine matches it for Port selection & they carry different brands. I would add that Vintage Port is a luxury good and having a fancy, easy-to-browse cellar to showcase the bottles inside those stacked up Port cases would likely increase business. The other store down the street is not as nice and barely has any LBVs.

Hard to find parking before walking in. Nice clean place. Kinda small tho. Be careful. After I grabbed a six pack I took 2 steps back and bumped into a wine shelf that was 3/4 feet high and one of the wine bottles fell and broke. (Had to pay for it) I could've argued and said "no it wasn't my fault" but the bottle was only 12 bucks so I just paid for it and left. The guy at the counter actually grabbed the piece of the broken bottle and scanned it (whatever) needless to say I'll never go back unless I have to. Gave it Three stars instead of one because of the cleanliness. I can appreciate that
