I don't understand the bad reviews... This store is great. Awesome selection of wine, domestic and international, red, white, rose, sparkling, options for every budget. The staff is knowledgeable and gives great recommendations. Great selection of gins and vermouths too.

The customer service here recently borders on abysmal. Struggling through the door (whether you have a difficult bag or a walker or stroller full of kids)? No one will help you. Ask for a recommendation? You’ll get pointed to the highest priced wine, or receive a platitude. Trying to pay? Expect some attitude. It’s really an unpleasant experience, and coming from other stores I wish they had more knowledgeable and friendlier staff. I heard the old owners were the nicest people, and that it’s the new management that’s been the source of the unpleasant (honestly rude) service. I do hope they change!!

I adore this place. The staff are extremely helpful and friendly. I could spend hours there learning about wines and having good conversation about them. I've learned a great deal about my pallet from the staff here and appreciate their recommendations which have so far always been on point! They give you a discount if you buy 6 bottles and also offer membership. It's the best place to buy wine in the neighborhood.
