Really great service and selection, even helped me find some obscure bottles i have looking for. The manager of this wine shop is a spectacular person. But more important things is, he is knowledgeable about his wine. Overall it is a great liquors shop.

I've been shopping here for over 2 years and they're the best. Thoroughly enjoyed the experience. Ask for Patrick who is the “General Manager” of the store and a professional sommelier, he knows his wine and champagne and never steers you in the wrong direction. Even if you don't find a particular bottle in their inventory you can ask them to order from the warehouse. They have a great selection of wines and varied in range and the two gentlemen(mexicans) working there are obviously experienced and enthusiastic which made for great service. They are extremely helpful and willing to help pick out the perfect wine for any occasion - this place is a definite must for finding the right wine! Great for any occasion and budget type. Friendly, knowledgeable staff who are more than willing to provide a recommendation. Don't be afraid to ask questions - the associates are wonderful and will often ask other team members for their recommendations if they are unsure. Plus they deliver same day which is great!!!

Embassy Wines & Spirits is well stocked with all of my favorite wine brands; Louis Jadot and Port.

Rude customer service. I walk in and ask how much they sell their Clase Azul bottle for and they respond $146, which is fine but then I told them it sounds high and that on first avenue a few blocks up the same bottle goes for $109 . The store clerk then snaps at me and says I should go buy the bottle in Queens then b/c its $90 there. I responded that I was not talking about how much the bottle is in Queens but on first avenue a few blocks up and he continued to snap at me. This place use to be my go to but after the attitude I will never go back. Stay away.
