I am in a neighborhood with many wine and liquor stores and I had bought from them all but have been a regular at Crown for the last few years. My criteria are simple: I want to well balanced selection, mostly of wines; I want decent prices; and I want help when I need it. And I especially like being recognized as a regular customer. I wish all the local stores I patronize met these criteria, but at least I have Crown.

If I could give zero stars I would. Dave was so rude and not willing to help with my “lost” FedEx package. I had to track it down... I had to call Dave back after I left him a voice mail to tell him FedEx needs to talk to crown wine and spirits. FedEx was even surprised the customer was calling! WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EXPERIENCE EVER.

Returned a bottle that was corked after being a frequent customer... they refused to believe I had bought it there that week or that when I opened it, it was indeed bad. This is the first time I’ve purchased a corked bottle and returned it in general in probably seven years. I know that they probably hear it a lot, but know your customers. Disappointing, and I won’t ever return there. Shame, as I live nearby and always liked the guys there.

First time buyer. Phoned and Crown had what I needed. Price was great and wine was delivered quickly. I’m hooked!
