Placed an order online for a product i have been looking for. Finally found it. I received a call about a minute later asking if they can charge my card a small amount and have me verify it before they charge my card for the full purchase price. I was not comfortable and offered to drive down and pick up right away. I live pretty far away so i asked if he can confirm they have it in stock and he said yes. I got there only to be told that the person I spoke to on the phone left for the day and they do not have the item anymore, wasting my time. Could not even tell me if they sold it to someone else. Furthermore, i see the same item still on their website, but is now marked up over 3x the price that it originally was.

I have recently relocated to Bloomfield and decided this was my go to for wine and champagne since the manager was super nice and the prices standard.... however, I feel like in recent weeks... things have changed there... prices on the shelves are outdated and it does not feel very welcoming... wondering if there was a change of ownership?

The lady that attended to me, not sure if she’s the manager but she didn’t have the store tshirt on like the other girls attending to customers, she was so rude and I am guessing she thought I wasn’t able to afford the drinks I already ordered online to pick up in the store. She kept telling me my card was declining online and she also kept talking to someone else with her AirPods on not even letting me know she’s speaking to someone on the phone and I guess she was informing them what was going on and I asked to pay by swiping my card and putting in my pin, which worked and that’s when she started speaking to me like a normal person. She asked for my card and ID like 4 times smh I was so disappointed but not surprised as a colored person that’s the treatment we tend to get. I won’t be going back to purchase anything from this store ever again and bare in mind I spent over $600 here. Zero customer service

Good selection. Nice prices. Local business, and the owners are very friendly. Nice staff. They deliver.

I've just made this my go to store! They have a good variety of the items I like! The store has a quaint feeling and the prices are competitive. The cashiers were friendly and professional. There is 15min parking out front, if you know what you want. If you want to browse you can park in the garage free for 30min. After that you pay!
