my wife was in this store on 6/26/21 and she told me the man behind the counter was arguing with a man who walked inside the store for five minutes while she and my young daughter were in the store, then when the man tried to pay for a bottle he put in the counter, the man behind the counter said "I don't want your business" when the man left the store, my wife said the man behind the counter said to my wife "I bet he was a cop" SO I WOULD SAY THEY DONT LIKE LAW ENFORCEMENT!!!!!!! STAY AWAY

My favorite liquor store. Huge variety and stock. Friendly owner.

Such a great experience at Long Island wine and spirits! The store is very big with great customer service. I order a bunch of engraved bottles for all my friends for their special events and they love them! Definitely go check this store out!

Over the years I have purchased many of their engraved bottles for gifts. I recently went in to purchase a large order and was greeted by a man who did not look like he worked there (puffy jacket, sweatpants and a wool hat ) - I asked if i can get some help with the engraving section - He proceeded to tell me that whatever I order would not look like the bottles on display - I asked if he could show me what they would look like and he said they would “PROBABLY” be in the script font. I said i need to know exactly what they would look like and he answered me rudely and said I think we are having a miscommunication.I let it slide and asked again can you please show me the fonts I will be able to get and again he answered me rudely and said I already told you it would probably be in the script font and I don’t know what you don’t understand. I told him I was done - walked to front counter and told the owner he just lost a sale because of how rude his employee was - the employee then said I am lying and he never said that - I told the owner I would never buy anything from this store again and he just lost a long time customer. The owner never said a word and let me leave upset. I would not buy a bottle or gift ever again from a man who would allow his employees to treat customers so rudely. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY - PLENTY OF OTHER COMPETITION TO CHOOSE FROM

Literally the worst most disrespectful business on Long Island. Anyone with any morals should avoid this business at all costs. Extremely disgusting behavior. Do not support. Do not recommend. Would give negative stars if possible.
